It was an exciting year for the marketing department as the number of CU Companies' owners and partners taking advantage of the Online Marketing Library more than doubled over the last year. From those, the transactions associated to their customized marketing campaigns have an average lift of 69 percent over the same time frame in the year prior. The results for this fiscal year are still coming in, and the department is confident in this value added service.
"Throughout the year we featured a monthly campaign associated with our business units that was timely for the financial services industry. It's been exciting to have more of our owners and partners take advantage of these campaigns and see a positive return on those efforts," said LeAnn Achtenberg, Marketing Director. "We're here to provide addiction value by aiding in the communication about buying and selling homes, investing, and funding businesses. We're here to help our owners and partners be successful."

Over the past year, CU Member Business has also taken on more business and continues to expand third party services (auditing, appraisal reviews, loan documentation, etc.) This has resulted in the addition of three new members to the team, bringing the department to 10 people.
