Q: Why is the platform/website being upgraded?

A: We are upgrading our platform to provide you with a more efficient, user-friendly, and streamlined experience for managing your mortgage loans.

Q: Can I access my account during the downtime?

A: You will be able to access your account during the downtimes listed on August 15, but not on August 25 as that is a training and data transition day. Please note, we will not be accessible during the downtimes listed. You can email us during those times at and we’ll review those after our training sessions are completed.)

You will NOT be able to access your account starting August 24 through August 27. The new system will be live at midnight on August 28 where you will be able to use the same account access button on as you have in the past. You will then be prompted to register as a new user.

Q: Will I be able to make online payments?

A: Online payments will be temporarily unavailable during portions of the transition. You won't be able to make payments on August 24 and 25. However, online payments via the new system will resume on August 28.

Q: How will I access my account after the upgrade?

A: Once the upgrade is complete, you can log in to your account using the same top, right hand login button at When you click on MY MORTGAGE, you will enter your email address and then click on New User Registration. Please follow the prompts from there.

Q: Will my account information be transferred accurately?

A: Yes, rest assured that your account information and mortgage details will be securely transferred to the new platform. Our priority is to ensure a seamless transition without any loss of data.
