Kentucky Credit Union League Selects The Servion Group as a Strategic Partner

The Servion Group is pleased to announce a strategic partnership with the Kentucky Credit Union League. The alliance serves as an endorsement of Servion Mortgage and Servion Commercial Loan Resources.

Through this partnership, Kentucky credit unions can receive support for both their mortgage and business lending efforts.

Mortgage support is available through several channels, including retail, correspondent, and delegated/non-delegated. The multiple mortgage products offer flexibility for borrowers, those being conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo/Non-Conforming programs. Servion Mortgage delivers additional services such as quality control, contract processing, contract closing, servicing, and appraisal review.

Business lending support comes through Servion Commercial Loan Resources (CLR). CLR can assist credit unions by functioning as a CU's credit administration department, handling compliance, and in general providing services that make business lending more profitable for the credit unions themselves. The partnership allows the credit union lender to focus on what matters most: their members. Servion Commercial Loan Resources offers the flexibility of ala carte services or complete programmatic solutions, whichever fits the credit union’s needs.
